Honestly what’d I really just do is flesh out certain scenes and character moments further, play around more with the dialogue and just kill the anthropomorphic dancing entirely. An extra 15 or 20 minutes could improve the story a lot without it feeling too barebones. After all they handled it better in Rio (2011).
