i had watched the season finale of season 5 of spn and i think he wont!!...he got his powers back!!

Actually when I asked this question, it was still season 4 and I was thinking more along the lines of disobeying his orders and turning his back on Heaven...which he did. He also, by the end of Season 5, completely lost his powers and became human. So yeah, he fell IMO. But he rose again when God resurrected him for the second time.
