Chandler Riggs of The Walking Dead is reportedly among 2,500 actors currently vying for the role of young Han Solo in a planned stand-alone Star Wars movie.

May be just me, but I don’t want to sit down to watch the Young Han Solo movie and see Riggs’ dumb little face looking back at me. Han Solo shouldn’t be someone you want to punch.

Looking at Han Solo shouldn’t conjure thoughts of little dipsticks sitting on porch roofs gorging on pudding.

I’m not worried though cause there’s no frigging way they give the part to Chandler Riggs. He’s too young and oh yeah he can’t act.

Miles Teller has the exact right ruggedness to embody the young Han Solo. I really hope they don’t give it to some pretty boy actor or to some unworthy putz like Chandler Riggs.

Han Solo shouldn’t have eyes that look like they’re peering all the way down into the depths of your soul. They should hire that guy to play Han’s alien sidekick and not even use makeup on him.
