I had a feeling Beatrice would get a lot of votes, but I must say, I'm impressed that so many people are choosing Cordelia. She was my second choice, on account of how she's always true to herself in Lear, even at the cost of her own inheritance, and inevitably leads the French army to save her father (albeit, in vain). She's a pretty cool princess to look up to!

But Beatrice wins it for me. She was just too funny and too stubborn not to love.
