Indians pay surgeons to turn girls into boys 

I hate the Middle East.Okay,let me rephrase that. I hate the sexist customs. No offence to anybody from there, but I hate how theyre all so sexist.It's not even worth a facepalm or a facedesk, just a slap to a guy's face.

Either they do this, or they abandon the infant out in the streets if it's a girl child.

The extremely sad part is that majority of us still believe in backward conventions, and rampant belief in superstition allows to further the mistreatment of girls and women.

Even if parents aren't against a female child, there's gender based discrimination in terms of how they are treated, especially when compared to their male siblings.

And then of course there's dowry, which is another reason the female child is unwanted. I could go on and on.

You know, their gender identity will still be female, so essentially they're making transsexuals who have no hope of corrective sex changes. Bleh.

The Middle East pisses me off. They're so freaking sexist! Kids are born the gender they are for a reason, parents who do this crap to their children sicken me!

As well as all above, what i find perplexing about this is, if you do that to EVERY female born baby, whos going to carry on the human race?
