Hetalia Question

What have I missed in the past 3 months (Oct., Nov. and Dec. 2013)?

I was gone from online civilization for that duration. I think I missed a lot of the latest release. I've seen the link there for the Halloween event. Vol. 6 was already out as well on Oct, right? But I can't find free scanlation anywhere. Are there new characters? How, about HRE? Did Himaruya already confirm he's Germany all along? (lol, is that even possible for Himaruya to do?)... What else?.... How about new singles? Are there going to be any song for Austria, Spain or Hungary? How about updates for an upcoming anime season?

haha.. That's a lot! Thanks~ I've seen them now. It's oozing w/ fanservice. Shingeki no Kyojin was a surprise and there's also South Park and Naruto. XD... And there was that strip where Rome and Germania visited present-day Italy. Germania is wearing cat-printed shirt and his hair is pulled back... (now I'm answering my own question.)... I'm not sure but wasn't the Portugal one Hima posted the fanon character design popularly circulating around? So he made a fanon official.... I'm wondering too how the voices of nyo girls will sound like. There's a wall post there saying it'll be aired next month.
