She is not exactly scary to me, to be honest. And I think she's beautiful. *swoon* I don't find Russia scary either, but for some unknown reason, some fangirls find him scary.
Well, anyways, I'm getting off topic. Belarus isn't an obsessive psychopath that stalks her brother all the time. She actually seems pretty calm. (Well, she looks pretty calm, from what I've seen from the webcomic...) Russia can actually tolerate her if she doesn't go stalker mode on him.

Russia actually has been abusive to the baltics though, so thats why I'm kinda scared of him. But Bela is a sweetheart :)
^ I'm not so sure about that... I mean, Russia's pretty much a yandere, but that doesn't exactly make him abusive to the Baltics. (Was it implied or something? IDK. I don't know a lot about Hetalia, even though I love it... :/)
Belarus terrifies me.
At least, when I think about her character. I think she's pretty on the outside, but she's a sadistic stalker on the inside. Belarus is the only character in the series that is even slightly terrifying to me, though.
