"So,I just came to tell you losers that I'm having a party,and my Mom wants me to invite you two."Kelsey said.I knew that would be the only way Kelsey would ever invite Penny and I.I looked over at Penny and she still looked a little nervous."You two better show up,or my Mom will think I didn't invite you two.Anyway it's tonight at 7:00.Be there."

As she started to walk away,I could see the color flooding back into Penny's face."So,are you going?"I asked."What do you think?!If she wants us to be there we're supposed to be there,or she'll kill us!!!"Penny answered."I was just kidding,gee."I said.

We packed up and headed into the hallway,Penny talked about how she was going to dress.The bell rang and we got off to class.

Penny crammed her sandwich into her lunch box."Bella let's go before we're late for Reading."I did not get up,"Penny,do you see anyone else getting up?We're fine,we have 10 minutes before Reading."

I know she always does that so we can talk,but we're fine in the Lunch Room."Why can't we stay in here?We're fine in here." I asked."I guess you're right,but out away from popular girls is fine to."She answered."we're nowhere near popular girls,what are you talking about?"I replied.I know Penny does not like the popular girls and sort of acts scared of them,but that doesn't mean we have to run away from them.I do have to admit though,they are pretty mean.

Just then,the head of the popular girls,Kelsey,came walking up to our table,"What are you 2 losers doing?"Kelsey asked,"Oh that's right I don't care."A chorus of laughter came from the other popular girls.
