Marik looked around him and wished he knew where he was. It seemed like a lifetime ago that he'd left the tomb, or rather ran away and got just about killed and left for dead by some bandits. Just where was he? There was a young girl sitting next to the makeshift bed that he was on, or rather sleeping alongside the makeshift bed, she was so pretty, she had long blond hair that sat just below her shoulders and very long lashes. Her glasses were on the table next to the bed. She was slender, and was covered by a blanket that had a horse pattern on it.

A man entered and dropped his tray in surprise....

Marik discovered himself in a strange place, and he discovered a woman of great beauty, called Yuganna, however it was her mysterious Gayame who would chose if Marik was to stay among the Slifer Tribe, or be cast away from them...

“You’ll stay here, in my room,” Cleo said as she sat Marik down on her bed, “I mean… If you want to.”
    Marik smiled. “I’d love to,” he said.
    Cleo grinned and bent down to remove his shoes. Then she lightly kissed him on the forehead. “Let’s get you into something more comfortable before you sleep,” she said, “Can you stand?”
    Marik shakily rose to his feet.
    “Here,” she said, “Hold onto me.”

i was running from something,but i cant tell what.i hered voices saying"there is no way to escape.just give up."i dont even know who the voices belonged to but i didnt even care.i just had to find a way out.there has to be some way out,if there wasnt,how would i have gotten in?once again,i didnt care.
