Nah. He fell for Bebe when he noticed she was developing breasts in Bebe's Boobs Destroy Society, seemed dejected when he found out Wendy didn't like him in Chef Goes Nanners, and fell for Ms. Ellen in Tom's Rhinoplasty. He has had many gay moments, such as sucking Butters's weiner in Cartman Sucks, but that was only to humiliate him, same goes for Kyle in the Imaginationland trilogy. Also, when he announced that he touched weiners with his cousin in Le Petit Tourette, he was probably just curious like most little boys are. So, no. I think Cartman's straight. He's ripped on gays before, anyway. :)

Cartman definitely likes girls, he had that small crush for Wendy on "Chef Goes Nanners" after all, but he's shown small clues to have some atraction to boys too, like in "Le Petit Tourette" when he accidentally confesses he touched his cousin's penis and viceversa and he liked it

So yeah, I think he goes both ways, even if he will never admit it
