So, with under a month until the October 7 season 10 premiere, let’s take a look at what’s going on.

1) The Season 10 (lovingly dubbed snX by the gag reel) teasers have been awesome.

3) Supernatural just filmed its 200th episode, which is a huge milestone.

5) The Season 9 DVD and Blu-Ray were released and, as someone who got one, I can tell you it fundamentally rocks. It has commentaries, the season 9 gag reel (which is ammmmmaaaaaaaaazing), deleted scenes, the 2013 Comic-Con panel, and the awesome

mockumentary, hosted by Misha Collins. However, my personal favorite feature is the Men of Letters Interactive Set Experience, because I love the Men of Letters bunker and learned a lot of very cool things.

6) Mark Sheppard and Misha Collins were made series regulars for season 10.

7) Finally, the trailer for new season is AMAZEBALLS. It looks like the SPN team is ready to make us all get in, sit down, shut up, and hold on. Samantha Highfill wrote up a great sneak peek on what’s coming this year and spoke to executive producer Jeremy Carver. I’ll let you click to avoid spoilers.

She’s watched a live autopsy and The Blacklist, although not at the same time ... we think. It’s a toss-up on who she wants to be more: Thomas Harris or Daenerys Targaryen—although Daenerys has dragons. We’ll go with the mother of fire-breathers.
