Well, I don't why you ask me that because I don't know you that well.. but I want to help you though :)
You can do 3 things in my opinion.
1. Tell her to stop, just explain why you don't want her to send those messages. And hopefully she understands and stops.
2. Explain why you don't want her to send those messages and that you gonna block her, after you sended it block her.
3. Just block her.

I don't really want to know why you want so desperately to block a user but I'll tell you 3 ways how you can do it:))
1st:Go to fanpop settings and then check to block your wall-but if you do that nobody can sent you wall posts-
2nd:The fanpoper that bothers you have become fan of you??If he/she did that go to your messages and trie to find the fanpop message that tells you that The fanpop user become fan of you,click on it and go down and click on block user
