man, adam yauch was a genius. the beastie boys made it all right to dig hip hop and be white. they turned out to be so not the joke group many thought they were after licensed to ill. instead with almost zero fanfare they went on to release paul's boutique, inmy opinion one of the masterpieces of rap. they've always put their hearts in what they do and no one more than mca. rest in peace adam, say hi to les mccan and eddie harris and vaughn bode for us.
