^ well the bond has become stronger betwwen the group, i think Tony has more respect towards McGee as an agent, you cant really judge it that much because Kate was in Season 1 and Ziva isn't. but i do feel she has a better chemistry with the whole team

^ I think they have both grown in different ways. Ziva was an assasin and now she is an investigator. McGee has become more confident in himself and therefore as an agent, so I'm gonna say both lol :P
