The episode WAS very emotional, though I didn't understand some of the information and history since I've only been educated so much on WWII but coincidentally we were talking a little about WWII in Geography class so I was reminded of the episode. I'm fairly sure that my grandma's parents escaped Poland during WWII and that my mom's paternal grandparents left France around that time as well. My dad's side fled as well (though from another country) during the second world war too. It also intrigued me as my uncle is a part of the Navy/Marines, though I don't know his rank since I don't see him much (obviously because his job sends him around quite a bit) and my family doesn't talk about his job much.

Now who says that television is a waste of time? Look at how much we're learning about the world's history? Not to mention the people who are a part of it :D.

But then again, on a lighter note I am both pleased and annoyed to see a new puzzle. Pleased because now I know what quote Chandlerfan had chosen, even though I don't remember the episode but I'm guessing it was during the 333 series ;). So lemme just guess here....

Most the time I'll plop down on Fanpop and dwell in the Hangman forum until I realize I should do something more constructive like watch Law and Order: SVU, help my mom put away groceries, or actually DO my homework, that is until I remember some forums are like NEVER updated and I go update those. Usually I'll end up updating five or six of them if I'm lazy and like ten if they're REALLY slow. I work in the auto industry where we are still in our slow season, but business is starting to pick up a bit (like it does every summer).

I also keep FanPop open in the background and whenever I have a moment, I update!

I read an article somewhere that talked about the last few episodes of NCIS. It talked about the group we are seeing in CA (Chris O'Donnell, LL Cool J, etc.) possibly becoming a spinoff if fans liked what they saw (and CBS decides to pursue it). It also mentioned that things may be heating up with Tiva, but there may be obstacles (aka that guy that showed up in the last episode, I forgot his name) and other stuff. I'm definitely looking forward to the last few episodes this season. I'm off to bed now to watch...wait for it...LOVE ACTUALLY!! I finally got it from my aunt, so now I get to watch it, since it's highly recommended by...like...everyone!!

The verdict is...

I think I may have to rewatch it because there were a ton of different storylines and I got confused by half of them and then it seemed like most of them were all connected somehow. My favorite storyline (surprisingly) was the one with Daniel and Samuel. That was WAY cute (and that kid was adorable)!! Very close second was Jamie and Aurelia. Which storyline was your favorite Chandlerfan?

Ahaha! Yeahh tis true, it can be a bit confusing first time round, but after a few re-watches (for me anyway cause I'm THAT slow...=P) it's pretty darn decent! =D
