So how strong is a bitchtier magic users magic? I'm assuming that compared to Keepers, their magic is much weaker. But with characters like Thube, even non-Keepers, with enough practice, can do some crazy ass magical shit, because memory wiping or time rewinding or whatever Jojo villain shit he pulled off is pretty damn powerful magic XD
The reason I ask is just for a future character

It's not really memory wiping or time rewinding though XD Thube's a different case though, so there's a reason his "magic" seems the way it does.

And while yeah, with enough practice even non Keepers can get to some of the higher degree of stuff, its not really about if they can use it. But how they can use it and how well they can use it. And the thing with most magic users in World 1 is they don't have much of a variety to their magic and are prone to have less they can actually make do with. For example, Thube can't shoot fireballs or really much of anything else outside of his ability. One, because while he does have magic its like a different "strain", if you will.

So non-Keepers only get one magic ability. Unlike Keepers, who are basically the Avatar XD
