"Shit, I don't know" Sammy said, feeling a bit more intimidated now, though only from the flames. The words that she was speaking was silly to her, talk of kingdoms and magic and all this, like some insane fairy tail, before Sammy answered in a semi-sarcastic manner, "You'll let me off with a slap on the wrist, maybe?"
Mason was as still as could be as he felt the creatures nostrils on him. He didn't know what the creature had in store for him, thinking about how it was probably sniffing him to find which part was the most interesting to eat first, that or it's children. But when the creature started to sniff around under his arms, Mason's fears went to an unusual uncomfortable feeling. Not fear, but just not wanting the creature there. Leonard shook his head at the answer that Abel gave, still pinned to the wall by Park's finger as he spoke under his breath, "Shit... can't say it's unexpected." Leo looked down at the much smaller woman, yet he could still feel the force that she had when he first met her. He gave her a grimace, his own attempt at a smile, a tired one as he looked her in the eyes and responded, "You haven't changed a bit, Ms. Park. You've seen about the same as us and you still have that fire in your eyes. Still, gotta say, I'm hurt. Not even a hello since we last met. Of course, I haven't really called you. This job doesn't exactly give me the time to make friendly calls though". He took the cigarette and placed it back into his pocket, hoping to save it for later, "And yeah, I know it's bad for me. I've already heard plenty from my doctor. Of course I know. That's why I do it. Too chicken shit to pull the trigger so I just kill myself slowly day by day.... kidding. Only kidding." Despite that, Ms. Park could see this vacant stare in his eyes. Whether he was joking or not was... unclear. He continued, "As for the swearin'... Kid's probably already spouted it a few times himself already. Like, how old is he? twelve? Probably said more than his fair share of cusses."
