Hey y'all what do you think of this idea for Christmas? I wanted to do this last year but didn't really have the stamina for it so maybe this year?

I will create a forum for everyone who wants to participate - each user will have their own. Everyone will post pictures, videos, fan art, etc to others' forums to leave gifts. Not really sure if I'm making sense...so for example I will create a forum for me. That is where the rest of you can post gifts for me. Pictures of my favorite things, videos, even anything you edit. You don't HAVE to create anything if you don't have the means to. Just search for things that each user likes and post them there.

So, I'm back from the kidney specialist. Now first off don't freak but I have stage 3 kidney disease, it's okay, though, the specialist wasn't worried. It's because of my medicine. I do have to go back for the occasional ultrasound because I have a cist on my kidney (which is normal) they just want to keep an eye on it but other than that I'm fine 😊

Here's a good mystery plot: It starts with a leaky fridge and a series of maintenance men coming over and not fixing it over a period of months before one snarky maintenance man creeps in and vanishes into the night leaving behind a new/old fridge with it's twin, never to be seen again! Leaving us with two fridges in a tiny kitchen!
I think I'll call it 'WTF DID THE MAINTENANCE MAN GO!?" or 'GET THIS &**@#$!% BROKEN FRIDGE OUT OF HERE!'

DeviantArt is doing something for animal shelters where if you draw a cat and submit it between now and October 17 not only do you get a cat badge but they'll donate $1.00 USD to the Humane Society for every qualified submission, up to $5,000 USD each and I drew this on Photoshop (Yes I actually drew this)!

I have some great news! I had to turn in a short paper for my history class a couple weeks ago (my college first!) and it was graded today and I got a 100! He said it was really good and well documented. Now I feel less bad about my test score.

Ladies let me tell you about this amazing product I found! And no this isn't an infomercial lol So I'm really bad at picking my lips and lately idk why but it's just been non-stop picking so I was looking around the makeup at the store and came across this, not seeking it out. It's a special moisturizer for your lips and it's amazing. I first picked it up because I liked the packaging being pink and I saw Marilyn Monroe. It was under $7 so I thought it was worth a try. Now I have been obsessively applying it multiple times a day and it really helps with my picking. My lips are so smooth!

Also my bf put Halloween lights up in his "man cave" window so we now have a full Halloween vibe going on. My dog should be easier to spot this time!

I'm at the library studying again ladies! I managed to secure what they call a 'study room', so I don't have to sit in public and work lol I can't tell you how many times I had gone here without knowing these rooms existed! What's everyone up to today?

I am now done studying, I have done so much writing that now my wrist hurts and since I have arthritis I have to take it easy now. That's my excuse and I'm sticking to it!

I try to keep my club politics/religion free for the most part but I just saw this on Weheartit and I have a lot of thoughts. But chiefly the "there are no good white people". I'm sorry that is just some bullshit. People like this are not serving to end racism, they are only furthering it. They wonder why they think white supremacy is on the rise (a myth btw)? Well look no further. This is some racist horse manure.

Great news! My thesis has been approved so now I can start writing it!

I need to take a break. I know it may seem like on the outside all I am doing is taking breaks but I take a LOT of notes, mainly for my history class and I'm so tired and my wrist is hurting in a weird way. I have a brace for it, but since it's my right hand I wouldn't be able to do much of anything with it on which I guess is the point but still. I might give the laptop a rest for a bit too so I will probably be away for a short while. I'll be back soon!

I love that I have a music class because I can often get work done from both classes at once. I can listen to the specific music pieces of the week (we are now in the classical era YAY!) while I work on history assignments. Right now I'm listening to Beethoven and working on my thesis...and also writing this out lol But I've been a good girl all day and worked mostly on my paper! Hope everyone's week is going great!

Not so good. My lower back is KILLING me! And between BP and kidney disease there's not a whole lot I can do pain relief wise. On a scale of 1 to 10 in pain, I'm the ghost girl from the film 'the Grudge'! OUCH! *lol* XD

Just letting all my lovely besties know that I had to have my rescue cat Oliver put to sleep today 27th October 2021.I'm very sad at the moment so I won't be around for a few days just need to collect my thoughts :(

He had a lot of health issues and must have been around 12 years or more.Don't know how long he was living on the streets.At least for the last year of his life he had a lot of love care and attention and a roof over his head :(

So good news: I'm going to Kentucky next week! Bad news my back still hurts! Well, actually it's a little better. That's where I've been, trying to treat it with Aleve (only temporary) and lidocaine patches. The pain goes from one side of my disk down my thigh. (my dad thinks I have a sciatica nerve) but it's not as bad as it has been but it still hurts so if it's not better by Sunday, we're going to Medstop. yay. Bleh!😝 But I'm managing right now. Still walking slower than grandma but managing! *lol*

In years past, I have put my tree up on November 1st and we finally turned our heat on too so it seems fitting.
